Golf Fitness Training

Playing golf is a very relaxing way to spend a day, taking away all  the stressful worries of everyday life. But as most people who have played the game will know, it is very competitive. And most of the time winning can be everything. so one good way to improve your game is to get your fitness levels up, and what better way than cycling,  another relaxing sport. Riding a mountain bike can really test your fitness, so its better to plan your training regime. Its probably best to ride for about an hour a couple of days a week. Building up as you go along depending on how you are feeling. If you can perhaps get to a level of say three or four times a week, for maybe two hours at a time. Then you will start to see a difference in your golf game. No longer feeling tired on the back nine where it can really be a struggle just to get round. After a few months cycle training you will see your handicap starting to fall and a lot more enjoyment coming into your game.

So as we have established for the real enjoyment of your sport , fitness is really important.The fitter you become the more pleasure you will receive from competing in your sport. There is lots of other ways to keep fit , but cycling is probably one of the best. Often used by the worlds top skiers in summertime to stay in tip top shape,  mountain biking can exercise most of the muscles in your body.
